About the Job:


       The Chief Marketing Manager will be accountable for the controls of our organization’s SEM, SEO, social network marketing and advertising, blog writing and posting, and digital marketing strategy, reporting and analytic. The compelling will drive the innovation, development, marketing, and execution of digital initiatives that assist the business in achieving its core strategic marketing goals. Additionally, the Manager will be responsible for driving the overall growth of our company’s online presence, position and commitments.


Essential Functions:

  • Arranging strategies to drive online traffic to the company website, blogs and social networks, and the modification of those visitors to users of our services.
  • Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns
  • Outlining and executing all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Overlook the social media strategy for the company.
  • Managing and improving the utility, design, content and conversion of the company website
  • Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing
  • Assessing customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
  • Evaluating new technologies and keeping the company at the forefront of advancement in digital marketing.
  • Writing website content, blog posts, emails, and other content marketing, including scripts for online videos.
  • Measuring and reporting attainment of all digital marketing campaigns, and assessing against goals
  • Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies
  • Collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilizing strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Participate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Teaming with co-workers to publish online training videos and written guides to demonstrate company expertise
  • Analyzing all metrics related to website and social networks and implementing necessary changes to constantly improve results
