Description:

  • Acting as a communication directly with clients and customers..
  • Process invoices in consonance with established procedures and standards.
  • Answer calls from customers about tracking of packages, general shipping questions.
  • Preserve and file all records in accordance with company procedure.
  • Sustain review working processes with carriers and transport companies to ensure best methods, but also that fees charged are in-line with adversary.


Qualifications:

  • Must have great communication skills as both written and verbal skills are crucial for this jobs.
  • Must be capable to operate Microsoft Word, Excel and data entry.
  • Must be capable to multitask and work in a fast paced surroundings.
