About the Job


Responsible for everyday posts/tweets to all suited social media channel for multiple brands.
Other obligation include coordinating the marketing calendar with online activity, tracking social
media effect measurements, participating with other departments to assure proper online
messaging and significance, ensuring constancy or messages across various networks, preparing
reports to revise internal staff on usage census, and continuous survey and coverage of all
sites. The right applicants will have a degree in marketing, journalism or new media, possess
superb verbal and written communication skills (including proofreading), and have expert
knowledge of social networking channels. 

Essential Job Functions (listing most important first):

  •  Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
  • Write unique content
  • Create and Maintain multiple marketing calendars
  • Sell Additional Services.\
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
  •  Suggest solutions when a client has a problem.
  • Assist with New Client implementation.
  •  Schedule Social Media posts for multiple brands
  • Work with operations manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
  •  Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation.
  • Document Client Activity.
